Winter Wonderland!

The morning of December 14th couldn’t have been a more perfect winter day for our client’s holiday party. The sky was grey and winter coats were out of the closets as we set out to create a memorable experience for our client’s children and friends. The goal was to create a magical morning with fun activities for both children and their parents. Every guest received a custom advent calendar invitation in a special mailing tube, with activities like “hug your mom” or “eat a candy cane.” With the help of some of our favorite elves, transforming the client’s house into a wonderful holiday setting came together in no time. From a nine-foot Christmas tree covered in metallic ribbon and mercury glass ornaments to an oversized sleigh with wrapped presents, the décor doubled as photo backdrops for the families. As the garlands were hung on the mantles with care and a massive gingerbread house suddenly appeared, we were ready for the first guests to arrive!

As guests entered the house, carolers greeted them with classic Christmas tunes! From there, the children could decorate cookies, make their very own hot chocolate with peppermint sticks, eat as many cookies off the dessert table as they could before their parents caught them, and write letters to Santa. While the children played, their parents enjoyed a Bloody Mary bar with add-ins like shrimp, bacon, and pickled veggies, or a mimosa with fresh blood orange juice. They could indulge in the buffet with savory crepes, mini parfaits, crudité bites, mini hotcakes, and a carving station with rosemary garlic pork. To top it off, each guest received a hand-painted, personalized ornament in a decorated box as a favor. It was a winter wonderland that kids could only dream of and adults could only hope for!
