Wedding Wednesday

Jenna + Eric
Long Center for the Performing Arts

When Jenna met Eric, she knew he was the one! A courtship quickly ensued and before you knew it, the wedding planning had begun.

Jenna and Eric wanted their wedding to be true to Austin, the city they love so much! The Long Center was ideal as the skyline served as their backdrop (including their new home at the W Condominiums!).

The wedding ceremony was the definition of personal since Jenna’s father served as the officiant! He was tremendous – making the ceremony intimate and poignant whilst his charisma shone through without stealing the show. Each guest was handed a candle that was lit individually as the guests passed the flame through the crowd during the moving and beautiful sunset ceremony.  Another unique touch was the genuine and heartfelt champagne toast given to the newly married couple by Eric’s grandfather before the couple recessed down the aisle.

Guests then headed upstairs where they enjoyed a full array of Tito’s signature cocktails (Jenna has worked for Tito’s for many years) and great food! Meanwhile, Jenna and Eric enjoyed their first meal as husband and wife at the exact spot they got married. It was uber Austin, and romantic, to boot!

Mingling, dancing, toasting and a fireworks display made this evening a perfect one for Jenna and Eric. Guests were treated to Amy’s Ice Cream and bottles of Tito’s as favors, complete with the most delicious recipe for Bat-tinis! YUM!!! Jenna and Eric left in a flurry of colorful feathers as they rode off into the night in a pedicab, of course!

Jenna and Eric, we absolutely adore you! You were amazing to work with and never let the small things get to you. We can’t wait to hear about all of your great adventures in the life y’all are building together!!

Love, Courtney and Gina
