Heaven on Earth

Hotel Saint Cecilia is – hands down the best boutique property Austin has to offer. Make that all of Texas! From the minute I walked on to the grounds I fell in LOVE!

Saint Cecilia’s namesake is the patron saint of Music and Poetry and is honored not only by the legendary musicians that patron the hotel, but the concept on which it was built. Saint Cecilia credits notable artists such as William Burroughs, The Rolling Stones, Joan Miro and Andy Warhol for inspiring the design.

And, OH MY GOD – the design!!! Jonathan Adler himself would be in awe. Every aspect was chosen with great care and the look is eclectic, contemporary and inviting.

A designer’s dream:

*Each suite has a notable piece of decor, be it Panton’s mother of pearl chandelier or the Up5Chair by Pesce. Pick your favorite and indulge.

*The headboard in Room 4 is hand tufted in the most luxurious teal fabric that just screams: YOU WANT ME!

*The wax treatment on the walls in the lounge bar is not only a great color, but the texture makes you reach out and touch it.

*A pool that was NOT an afterthought. From the glowing, oversized “SOUL” sign, to poolside décor that is actually fashionable AND comfortable . . . this is my happy place.

Saint Cecilia is nestled away off of South Congress; its serenity envelops you as you enter the gates. With unparalleled privacy and an attentive staff, each guest is truly pampered and gets to experience Austin hospitality at its best.

Reasons (excuses) to stay at Saint Cecilia:

*Unique bridal portraits!

*The mattresses – HASTENS handcrafted! Like sleeping on a cloud that massages you all night.

*Engagement photos that are fun and natural!

*Great place to get ready for your big day!

*A MUST for your wedding night, CLINK recommends Suites 1, 4 and 10 for a special treat.

*Bachelorette weekend – they can bring spa services directly to you and the bloody marys are top notch.

*Bridal luncheon, brunch and even weddings…if you can dream it, they will make it happen!

I only have one question: when can I move in, can I office out of Room 4, do you deliver the bloody marys, can I use your pool as my own personal escape? Book a night at Saint Cecilia and you will know what I am talking about.

And you are welcome for your new obsession 😉
